• Minimum 4 (four) to 10 (Ten) years of experience in Bank/Financial Institute/reputed organization.

Job Grade: Principal Officer to Senior Assistant Vice President

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and grow corporate deposit business to meet the bank’s funding and liquidity objectives.

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients on deposit products, offering customized solutions aligned with their needs & cash management matters.

• Identify and implement cross-functional sales opportunities to maximize business potential.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes impacting liability products. Contribute to pricing strategy and product development.

• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, visits, and proactive service.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of cash management services for clients

• Ensure proper documentation for liability clients and mitigate business risks.

• Monitor and address operational risks related to cash management products.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in transaction banking.

• Ensure all onboarding, KYC, and AML processes are followed in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide input into product enhancements and strategic planning based on client feedback and market analysis
