Mobile Phone Industries, Smart Phone
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on the team grooming, and code of conduct.
∎ Check, follow and maintain the terminal as well as brand image.
∎ Ensure the proper execution of the terminal materials.
∎ Arrange and execute different promotional activities and events.
∎ Arrange and conduct product training from time to time for VBA (vivo Brand Adviser).
∎ Arrange skill development training for the team.
∎ VBA follows up, manages them, and analyzes their performance.
∎ Recruit new VBA when needed.
∎ Generate different innovative ideas.
∎ Cooperate with the other departments to complete various tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Proficient in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
∎ Self-motivated, Emotionally Intelligent, and able to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 20000 will be the probation period`s salary. After successfully completing the probation period, the monthly salary will be Tk. 35000 - 40000, including KPI.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
