Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ MBA completed candidates will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word Excel PowerPoint
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping records in accounting software. Collection & payment posting, and reconciling on a regular basis.
∎ Checking purchase & sales invoices and posting on the accounting software.
∎ Preparing Mushok 6.3, Mushok 6.2.1, and 6.6 on a regular basis.
∎ Assisting to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements. Support to external audit.
∎ Assisting to prepare & process vendor payments and deduction of TAX, and VAT in compliance with Law.
∎ Preparing VAT and Tax Challan as well as deposit in Government treasury.
∎ Meeting all the deadlines of govt. regulatory and return of limited companies like Tax, Vat, RJSC, etc.
∎ Ensuring timely reports of day-to-day financial information.
∎ Handling Petty Cash and Fund Transfer management (RTGS, BEFTN, EFT)
∎ Any other job assigned by the Finance and Accounts Department and top management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Good understanding of Annual Report, Balance Sheet, and Tax & VAT.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Experienced candidates in the same fields will be preferred.
