Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Adminstration, Data Analysis, Documentation, Leadership, Presentation skill, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to recruit the right salesman (VBA) in the right place at the right time.
∎ Make sure the onboarding process of the newly recruited VBA.
∎ Ensure all the required documents of the newly joined VBA.
∎ Provide ID card to the VBA.
∎ Check the attendance of the VBA.
∎ Follow up on the daily work assigned to the VBA team.
∎ Update the required data of the VBA team.
∎ Maintain proper grooming in the VBA team, such as; dress code, wearing ID card etc.
∎ Regular work on the VBA sales data and evaluate their performance.
∎ Arrange VBA training time-to-time.
∎ Visit the market, analyze the issue, find the problem, and do a solution.
∎ Ensure the proper documentation for VBA separation.
∎ Submit the weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Any other related duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Proficient in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
∎ Self-motivated, Emotionally Intelligent, and able to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be increased after the probation period based on performance.
