Educational Requirements:
∎ First degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
∎ More preferable with MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lubricant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches.
∎ Accomplish all the targets (volume, value, distribution, visibility etc.) for respective area
∎ Develop sales strategies to increase market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for assigned area.
∎ Make a sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Must Create & Maintain an Engine oil / Lubricant Dealer Channel /distributors/Customers and Develop a network of distributors
∎ Setting revenue target for team members and dealer/customers of the assigned area.
∎ Review the targets on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and implementing effective ways to improve sales.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Exercising Budgetary controls.
∎ Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group – People, brand name and network of assets
∎ Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
∎ Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with large corporate/institutional customers
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for specific areas.
∎ Train & develop team members to be capable to run the business in assigned area independently.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for assigned area/geography.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients.
∎ Liaison with Blender and Packaging supplier for timely deliveries.
∎ Visit customers / distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
∎ Must have a strong Portfolio of exiting Customer with large lubricant consumption.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Team Management skill.
∎ Honest and top perfect person.
∎ Maintaining Punctuality needs
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years experiences in Sales and Marketing in a Lubricant field.
∎ Leadership and negotiation skills
∎ Proactive and positive working attitude
∎ Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
∎ Strong Business Development in Lubricants products
∎ Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.
∎ Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team
∎ Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Knowledge and exposure to Lubricants blending will be an added advantage.
∎ Manage Portfolio of 7000-10000 Liter of sales monthly.
