Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Days Hotel is looking for Assistant Manager /Sr. Executive -Sales & Marketing who have experienced in hotel management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day sales-related activity.
  • Maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel's customers.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and implement effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue targets both-in Sales and Collection.
  • Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Provide customers service with hotel suggestions and information sources, such as holiday packages, policy, and restrictions
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, work closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
  • Assist Hotel manager in preparation of the marketing, advertising, and sales plans, programs and annual budget; manages within approved plans and budgets.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
