Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have MSc/Bachelor degree in Dairy Science/Food Science/Food Technology with minimum CGPA 2.00 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure good quality of milk collection, preservation and dispatch to BDFP factory with necessary test for quality control
∎ Organize materials related to milk production, collection, distribution and reaching desired volume of milk procurement with in the specified duration
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of the collection and financial activities within the concerned areas and prepare daily milk collection report and stock report etc
∎ Seek scope for expansion of milk collection territory by establishing the relation with other social activities
∎ Attend the regular farmer's meeting, identify of farmer's need/problems & necessary suggestion for solving the problems
∎ Plan and execute the promotional activities, health camp, health care & breeding activities in co-ordination with the respective team for improving animal health & productivity
∎ Create a robust producer base with focus on clean milk production, high level of productivity and quality
∎ Monitor to maintain and update all registers, bill voucher and related milk procurement record for smooth functioning of chilling centers
∎ Lead to maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment for ensuring inventory management and making fund requisition for timely payment to the farmers
∎ Improved performance of the team through effective review mechanism, refresher and training
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification and age can be relaxed incase of experienced(same field) candidates
∎ Must have sound working knowledge on Dairy farm management, Supply chain management, People management; business operation; in-depth understanding of financial statements
∎ Must have sound negotiation skill and convincing power, Motivational and people management skills, Analytical ability, Problem solving and reporting skills, Motor Driving skills and Valid driving license for motorcycle, Proficiency in MS Office
∎ Must be Self-motivated to meet and exceed goals, quick-learner, skilled in prioritizing tasks
∎ Must have self-awareness and relationship building capacity
∎ Must be a Team player; able to work under pressure and to think out of box
