Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, and manage production activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Monitor production workflow and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise production staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of production, inventory, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to production workers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
