Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmacy/any other relevant discipline from any reputed University.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Chemical Industries

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Applicants with prior experience (more than two years) in pesticide development will be given priority.

• Monitor and verify batch-wise formulation quality parameters (appearance, density, viscosity, pH, active ingredient, etc.) as per defined criteria.

• Maintain and update QC records, specifications, formulation recipes, and test reports in compliance as per approved specifications.

• Conduct stability and retention sample testing and ensure timely reporting and record keeping.

• Ensure sampling, preparation, and analysis of formulation samples to verify product consistency and conformance to specifications.

• Perform testing and quality evaluation of in-process and finished formulations in accordance with approved standards, SOPs, and CIPAC methods.

• Assist in internal and external audits (SQA, CQCMC, SCJ, ISO, regulatory) by providing necessary QC documents and implementing corrective & preventive actions.

• Identify, document, and report non-conforming results or deviations, ensuring timely corrective action and root cause analysis.

• Support in analytical method verification, validation, and calibration of laboratory instruments as per QC schedule.

• Coordinate with Production and R&D for process troubleshooting and improvement of formulation consistency and quality.

• Ensure line clearance and verify cleanliness before and after formulation and filling operations.

• Monitor compliance with GLP, safety, and environmental standards within the QC laboratory and formulation areas.

• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and disposal of samples, reagents, and chemicals as per SDS and QC guidelines.
