Education:

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Diploma in Agriculture/ BSc in Agriculture/ Equivalent Degree.
Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
The territory-level officer performs sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures.
Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory
Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the territory
Appoint customer as per company policy
Prepare customer category based on the business prospect
Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users
Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e. farmer`s meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.
Daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports to supervisor
Supervise Temporary Force (TF) efficiently, if applicable
