• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Micro-Credit

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Minimum 2 (Two) years and above working experience in the field of Agriculture/Fisheries/ Livestock

• Good command in Bangla.

• Computer skills on Microsoft of office applications.

• Excellent interpersonal/self-motivational and team work skills.

• Age:25 to 32 years. Age may be relaxed for higher experienced candidates.

Job Location - Hashimpur, Jessore

Job Context:

DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED), an institution of Dhaka Ahsania Mission is going to implement five years long project named Agro-based Income Generating Activities with a view to maximizing land utilization, income growth, and targeted production through fishing, animal husbandry, vegetable, fruit cultivation and tree planting, etc on 1766.95 decimal of lease land which is situated Dhaka-Jashore Road in Hasimpur under Sadar Upazila of Jessore districts.

Name of Position: Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, implementation and supervise agricultural, fishery and animal husbandry-based activities in the project area.

• To provide technical support to project staff.

• Work in coordination with local government and private sector departments.

• Implement activities and ensure progress according to budget in accordance with project regulations.

• Perform other related duties as directed by project management.

• Maintain proper records of project expenses.

• Ensuring transparency in the sale of products produced in the project.

• Provide project reports to management every month.

• Employment Status:

• Contractual. (Initially 1year. Based on performance contract will be renewed)

• Salary:Grade-4, Salary Tk. 22,500/- per month [Consolidated].
