Additional Requirements:

Computer literacy (ERP, MS Word, MS Excel, email communication and internet).
Familiarity with feed distribution software.
Positive and professional demeanor, characterized by honesty, enthusiasm and courteous behavior.
Should be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Willing and able to travel to various Feed Mills and Depots locations across the country as required by operational needs.
Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking motivated, experienced, dedicated and honest individuals for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Feed Distribution). Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the poultry feed distribution network across Bangladesh.
- Supervise regional distribution hubs, transport partners and delivery teams to ensure timely supply.
- Coordinate with dealers, retailers and farmers to maintain smooth feed availability.
- Monitor stock levels, warehouse operations and logistics efficiency.
- Control distribution costs and ensure compliance with company budget.
- Prepare weekly/monthly distribution reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
- Any other relevant assignment.
