∎ Minimum 1 year’s working experience in a relevant field and knowledge on Eye care, nutrition, health sector in Bangladesh
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implemente the planned activities collaboratively in the assigned District (4-6) to ensure achievement of project objectives in accordance with programme policy and strategies.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
∎ Take data driven decision making to provide constructive inputs for improvement of the programme.
∎ Monitor and track the achievement of targeted activities and provide supportive supervision to the team members.
∎ Ensure that program activities meet BRAC's quality standards and guidelines, including compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
∎ Manage the allocated budget for the projects in the assigned Upazilas and ensure responsible use of resources.
∎ Identify training needs within the team and provide or facilitate training and professional development opportunities.
∎ Promote an enabling environment at local field offices by ensuring smooth implementation of HRPP, Gender and other organizational policies.
∎ Ensure smooth supply chain and inventory management in the assigned Upazilas.
∎ Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance.· Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. BRAC other programme, MOH&FW, other NGOs and Hospitals.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIESE:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ The RGIL Project provides vision screening and affordable reading glasses to adults aged 35 and above, especially in rural areas, to address presbyopia, enhance productivity, support livelihoods, and refer individuals with other eye issues for further care.
