∎ Looking For : Area Manager - Bangladesh-Natives Only-Textile-10-20 Yrs

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for:
∎ Representing the Client's textile division in Bangladesh
∎ Preparing sales plans, short and medium term actions to achieve the objectives set by the company, designing the necessary strategies and supervising their application
∎ Directing and managing the activities of the commercial network of agents, training the team and motivating it
∎ Meeting and directly managing clients from Bangladesh
∎ Investigating the market, anticipating its evolution and anticipating the necessary measures to adapt to new inclinations or trends
∎ Applying the appropriate pricing policy, sales conditions and customer service to achieve sales, profitability and the desired positioning
∎ Taking responsibility for the negotiation and monitoring of large accounts
∎ Carrying out the necessary follow-up actions to ensure maximum effectiveness in achieving objectives
