• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 2 to 5 years in an architecture firm or interior design setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in modern architectural and interior design practices, with sound knowledge of design software.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and material choices to clients.
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with teams.

• Design Preparation: Develop architectural 2D plans and 3D design concepts.
• Visualization: Create and refine 3D designs and visualizations to effectively communicate design proposals.
• Client Interaction: Take client briefs to identify needs and develop flexible reports and design proposals.
• Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Prepare and check Bills of Materials, Bills of Quantities, and cost estimates in line with approved designs. Material Research: Research and source appropriate materials and products for projects.
• Reporting: Complete job reports to document progress and issues. Design
• Development: Innovate and develop new design concepts for both interior and exterior projects, ensuring a strong understanding of detailed designs, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/3ds Max, and Illustrator for project visualization and documentation.
• Construction Oversight: Monitor the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Self-Management: Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines set by the team leader.
