Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our product & services.
∎ Identify potential business opportunities and assist in securing new clients.
∎ Support the creation and management of marketing materials and campaigns.
∎ Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and client preferences.
∎ Help prepare reports and presentations related to business development activities.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
∎ Honest, Loyal, Hard worker, Dedicated, Punctual, and Adaptive.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience required in the marketing of interior related products. Digital Services marketing experience will be plus.
∎ Strong communication and organizational skills.
∎ Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Salary and Other Benefits:
∎ 15,000-18,000 per month (based on experience & qualification)
∎ Target achievement-based Sales commission as per company policy
∎ Yearly 2 festival bonuses
∎ Provident Fund after confirmation
∎ Weekly 1 holiday (Friday)
