Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Interior design or diploma from Private or Public Universities.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 50 years

• Having at least 5 (five) years of experience in Residential, Commercial and interior- Exterior design.

• Must be honest, dedicated, self-motivated, proactive, energetic & punctual.

• Proper knowledge of operating Graphics design, 3D, Auto-CAD, etc.

• The interior architect who has work experience in any renowned architectural firm will get extra priority.

• Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, BRAC, NSU, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.

• Training/ Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design, 3D etc.

• Must have experience in 2D, 3Ds Max with Good V-Ray skills, Photoshop, Illustrator and other upgraded interior software.

• Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.

Dhaka Interior is looking for an experienced candidate for Architect/ Senior Architect position who will be able to work for both Building and Interior Solutions.

Job Context:

• The candidate will be responsible for full projects from starting part to the end part. He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.

• Candidates who has vast experiences as interior architect to any architect firm are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.

• The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.

• Visit clients and work for increasing clients satisfactions as and when required.

• Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.

• Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer, Site Engineer & concerned person.

• Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.

• Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
