Responsibilities & Context:

1. Responsible for designing, planning, and developing architectural concepts for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in accordance with client requirements and project objectives

2. Prepare and develop comprehensive architectural drawings including site plans, master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings

3. Ensure all designs strictly comply with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code), local building regulations, and safety standards

4. Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools

5. Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, electrical engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions

6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design implementation, and ensure quality control as per approved drawings

7. Prepare architectural presentation drawings, design proposals, and concept presentations for clients, management, and stakeholders

8. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback into design development

9. Assist in selection of construction materials, finishes, and design elements to ensure aesthetic quality, functionality, and durability

10. Prepare and submit architectural drawings and documents for approval from relevant authorities such as RAJUK, City Corporation, or other regulatory bodies

11. Support in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and project documentation in coordination with the project team

12. Identify design conflicts, technical issues, and construction-related problems during execution and propose practical design solutions

13. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, reports, and project files throughout the project lifecycle

14. Ensure timely completion of design tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to project deadlines

15. Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions including energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building concepts
