• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 22 to 35 years

AutoCAD, Sketch-up, V-ray or 3dsMax, V-ray, Photoshop.

• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.

• Visit the project site and take the required measurements correctly.

• Collaborate with team members to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.

• Prepare a design proposal of the entire project in auto CAD format, electrical plan, and 3-D rendering in auto CAD format.

• Present the design proposal along with a financial proposal to the client.

• Consult with clients to select materials, furnishings, and décor.

• Generate PI and coordinate delivery adhering to project timeline and budget specifications.

• Approve PI from manufacturers.

• Responsible for preparing the order sheet

• Oversee the layout and/or installation of materials, furniture, and any other design element.

• Ensure client satisfaction by visiting the project site upon completion of the project, resolving any customer complaints or concerns.

• Keep updated technical knowledge about all products and brands.
