Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• At least 5 years

• Consulting with Head of Design & Architect on the preliminary design concept to finalize the layout plan, external elevation, type & style.

• Prepare preliminary drawing under the guidelines of the team leader. Guide the CAD operator for the guidelines of the team leader.

• Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor. Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.

• Revise plan during construction, if any modification required. Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.

• Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).

• Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.

• Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.

• Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.

• Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.

• Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.

• Take sample approval from client, along with marketing team.

• Top supervision of all concerns projects.

• Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
