∎ Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technical Design, 3D Graphics, or related fields.

We are a major supplier of CAD/CAM, Computerized Spreading & Cutting Systems to the Apparel Industry in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for dynamic support specialist who is capable of:
∎ Supporting clients in the implementation of 2D CAD tools in their processes and workflows.
∎ Identify areas of potential improvement in clients' existing processes and workflows, and provide solutions.
∎ Providing product training to clients.
∎ Providing online, on-site, and helpdesk support to clients.
∎ Providing feedback to the development team about continuous improvement of the software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A passionate drive to deliver customer satisfaction.
∎ Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and be a good team player.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & Bengali - both written and verbal.
∎ Availability for frequent traveling in Bangladesh and Overseas.
∎ Experience with 2D apparel pattern making software would be a plus point
∎ Experience with 3D CAD software or 3D modeling software would be a plus point.
