Job Context:

We are a major supplier of CAD/CAM, Computerized Spreading & Cutting Systems to the Apparel Industry in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. We are looking for personnel who will contribute to our future growth and success. They should be persons who are challenged by the Application of Computer Technology to the Apparel and Textile Industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for dynamic support specialist who is capable of:
∎ Supporting clients in the installation, maintenance and repair of computer based CAD, CAS & CAM systems for the apparel industry.
∎ Performing preventive maintenance to ensure that the machines are kept in first class working condition and down time due to mechanical / electrical failure is minimal.
∎ Troubleshooting and take corrective maintenance actions when necessary.
∎ Providing product training to clients.
∎ Providing online, on-site, and helpdesk support to clients.
∎ Providing feedback to the client about continuous improvement of the work flow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A passionate drive to deliver customer satisfaction.
∎ Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and be a good team player.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & Bengali - both written and verbal.
∎ Availability for frequent traveling in Bangladesh and Overseas.
