Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in operating Microsoft Power BI.
∎ Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft SQL Server.
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a must in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clear concept about LAN, WAN, WLAN and other IP based Networking .
∎ Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
∎ Knowledge about browser compability, cache, cockies etc.
∎ Train users on system/functional modules by visiting their workstations.
∎ Train factory users on updating production data remotely.
∎ Train users on new changes/improvements made to the system.
∎ Deploy the application to end-user devices.
∎ Supervise the end-user to work with this application smoothly.
∎ Monitoring the application and addressing program bugs in the system.
∎ Maintain log files of issues and report regularly with resolution status.
∎ Gather and keep a record of user feedback post-implementation.
