Job Responsibilities:
∎ We develop SaaS applications for clients in the US. These applications run 24x7. As an Application Support Engineer, your role will be to provide programming and operations support for such applications. For example, a newly deployed microservice can show faults in production in certain conditions. You will need to investigate the cause using log files, monitoring systems and your knowledge of the application. If it is something you can fix, you will have to fix it. Otherwise, you will log it into the ticketing system and a more experienced developer of the service will look into it later.

∎ You will work closely with the application developers in the local office, network operations staff in the US, system monitoring specialists, DevOps engineers and clients.
∎ You will have an exciting environment to learn programming, linux, system and network operations, DevOps and more.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You are able to write a stand alone web application using Spring Boot or another application framework in any language.
∎ You are eager to learn.
∎ You have adequate written communication skills in English.
∎ You have a logical and investigative mind.
∎ You are willing to work in shifts from 6pm to 2am Bangladesh time.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 70000 (Monthly)
