Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Application management, English Language proficiency, Google Cloud Platform, JavaScript, Proactive and Positive attitude, Web Application Development, Workflow Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to configure online software as per requirements (i.e.Google workspace admin console, Academic ERP, HRM Software, API Integration etc.).
∎ Monitor the software operations, analyze, and resolve errors on a regular basis.
∎ Comprehensive hardware knowledge is preferable
∎ Work closely with the IT Manager and vendors to tune and troubleshoot any software errors.
∎ In collaboration with the IT Manager provide software service support, guidance, and training to the end-users.
∎ Develop test plans and execute them to verify the logic of new or modified software applications.
∎ Develop, update and maintain user manuals of the software applications.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant technologies, and business processes.
∎ Provide necessary support to the IT Manager for process automation.
∎ As per need conduct ICT class for the students of the school.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and complex troubleshooting methods. (Essential)
∎ Ability to provide outstanding user service, be a good listener and work well with a group of users and IT. (Desired)
∎ Ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications. (Desired)
∎ * Ability to work through ambiguous work situations. (Desired)
∎ Hands-on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness. (Desired)
∎ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. (Desired)
∎ Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly. (Desired)

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
