∎ Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Nature: Full Time Permanent
∎ Position Summary: Under the general guidance of Head of IT, the individual is responsible for application development and maintenance. In addition to that dynamic and interactive web development and others web based solutions as per requirement is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop enterprise solutions by ensuring solid understanding of requirement, business flow, data requirements and work processes.
∎ Knowledge of using tools and languages to design, develop, test, and deploy web-based application systems.
∎ Take part in software and architectural development and design activities.
∎ High level of competency on designing intuitive application (GUI) front-end, database designing, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
∎ A solid understanding of web technology, standards and responsive design techniques with best development practices.
∎ Write well-designed, efficient and documented code-base.
∎ Refactor and optimize existing code.
∎ Strongly maintain and follow the coding guideline and convention maintaining corporate data integrity, reliability, and security.
∎ Researches, proposes, and develops new features to increase speed and application performance.
∎ Develop and deliver documentation on progress reports, requirement specification and project presentation.
∎ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Will be assigned on multiple projects individually or as a part of the team.
∎ Very positive attitude to Research and Development (R&D).
∎ Self-motivated and ability to take ownership of any project.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve specified results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
∎ Online portfolio or live example would be an added advantage.
∎ Clear understanding of OOP and RDBMS.
∎ Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, PHP, ASP.Net, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
∎ Knowledge in Laravel Framework, Perl, Python, WordPress, Bootstrap, XML, Ajax, React, Vue, Graphics Design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL.
∎ Experience to write a complex query in Database System.
∎ Excellent understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques for all stages of the software development life-cycle
∎ Soft Skills:
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Good Communication Skills and Positive Attitude are MUST.
∎ Need to be energetic, smart problem solver and quick thinker.
∎ Need To have integrity, politeness and trustworthiness.
∎ Need to have willingness to take challenges and work under pressure.
