Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with in-hand training on screen print.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to solve all types of technical issues related to sample, size set, bulk production etc.
∎ Communicate with designers, sample dept., exposing unit, coordinators & merchant team for development issues.
∎ Ensure sample development, plan, and delivery.
∎ Knowledge about the artwork, costing & consumption.
∎ Chemical Test Related knowledge and Buyer Wise Test Parameter Experiences.
∎ Knowledge about Expose(I-mage) and Mesh Selection for Design Wise.
∎ Fabric Wise Chemical Selection knowledge with costing strategies.
∎ Technical Solution in bulk Production for different types of print.
∎ Technical Experience for increase Productivity using minimum manpower.
∎ Must have knowledge about Machine and table Operation with Digital & sublimation.
∎ Ability to solve Production Related Problems.
∎ MSDS, recipe ratio, and chemical proposition knowledge is very much important

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proven work experience
∎ Should have strong Team Building capacity
∎ Should be a good leader, well communicative
∎ Problem solving attitude and handle any kind of buyer issues.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
