∎ Ensure on-time delivery. Establish effective, agile ways of working, unlock collaboration, spot and remove impediments, contribute code
∎ Communicate proactively with stakeholders and other teams across the company, constantly seeking alignment, transparency and opportunities to synergize
∎ Monitor the performance of the live services and continuously improve on a code and experience level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role for 3 to 6 years
∎ Must have working experience with Java and Spring boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, JPA, Hibernate, Maven, Liquibase.
∎ Must have working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any Front-End framework/library like Angular, React.
∎ Must be familiar with databases, like MySQL / PostgreSQL / Mongo etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles and patterns.
∎ Must have good experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
∎ Knowledge and implementation experience of Microservices is a strong plus.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Working experience with distributed systems is a big plus.
∎ Automate test cases and integrate them with the CI-CD pipeline.
∎ Hands-on experience with containerization like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
