Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Synthesize international and national education reports, research studies, best practices, trend, forecast and communicate them clearly with Director
∎ Analysis of BEP's Annual Operating Plan (AoP), Result framework, and other bilateral projects' deliveries, by applying qualitative & quantitative techniques to interpret the state of affairs, in order to present those findings with recommendations to facilitate decision making.
∎ Facilitate meetings chaired/participate by the Director by organising pre-meeting preparations and post-meeting action-planning
∎ Analysis of ''status of implementation of major decisions'' taken in different important meetings and update director regularly
∎ Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends and monitoring the effect on education.
∎ Represent programme/organization in forums as required.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by Director within deadline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis which includes educational project management, grant management, quality, curriculum, materials, training, MIS, monitoring and other technical areas of education
∎ Managing different projects funded by diverse donor

Salary: Negotiable
