Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in CSE, Data Science, AI, or relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Certifications or project-based experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning will be a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Proficient in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
Experience in working with PostgreSQL and integration with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).

International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 16 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization's goal.
To strengthen our IT innovation strategy, ITL-BD is seeking a tech-savvy, dynamic, and capable AI Engineer to support automation, enhance system intelligence, and integrate AI into business operations. The candidate will work closely with our existing Odoo ERP, Python development team, and PostgreSQL infrastructure to digitize and optimize our business workflows.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Analyze and automate manual Excel-based workflows using Python, Pandas, and AI tools.
- Build AI-driven automation for document processing (PDF parsing, OCR, document classification).
- Design and develop an in-house AI chatbot (similar to ChatGPT) that can interact with users and generate dynamic responses.
- Work with LLMs (Large Language Models) via APIs or open-source alternatives (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral).
- Ensure user authentication and role-based access for sensitive data.
- Integrate AI modules with Odoo ERP and internal Python-based software.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for business process optimization (e.g., demand forecasting, quality prediction).
- Collaborate with developers to create intelligent assistants, bots, or recommendation systems for internal users.
- Research and implement innovative AI use-cases for the textile/trims industry.
- Ensure data privacy, accuracy, and system scalability in AI deployment.
- Provide training and documentation for stakeholders and users.
