∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Highly experience candidates will get preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Production, Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & Monitor overall factory operations
∎ Plan and organize daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
∎ Keep record of daily production, finished goods stock, access stock and submit to management.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavor & packing materials etc. for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
∎ Maintain weekly work schedule of shift in charge, supervisors, permanent & others production workers
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors and ensure product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ Ensure cost effectiveness and best quality production within timeline and reduce process loss with budget.
∎ Make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained all times in all places and ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files
∎ Liaison with other supporting departments such as- mechanical, electrical etc for best production performance
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to run food factory.
∎ Good Communications skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Having willingness to work outside Dhaka are encouraged to apply
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer operation and Internet using.
