Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to manage and Supervise overall Yarn Dyeing unit.
∎ Responsible to ensure that the department operates efficiently, meets production targets, maintains high-quality standards, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
∎ Responsible to implementing and monitoring quality control processes to maintain high standards in dyeing.
∎ Responsible to continuously analyze and improve dyeing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste, optimize the use of chemicals, water, and energy, and enhance sustainability.
∎ Responsible to selecting and ensuring correct combination of dyes and other chemical in consultation with R&D.
∎ Responsible to ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
∎ Oversee the management of waste, water treatment, and other environmental aspects to minimize the ecological footprint of the dyeing operations.
∎ Work closely with other departments and head of processing such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on production goals and customer requirements.
∎ Provide regular updates to CEO on production status, quality issues, and operational performance.
∎ Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, product quality, or market competitiveness.
∎ Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.
