Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capability to run production independently.
∎ sample development, plan and delivery.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejection.
∎ Ability to solve production related problems.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and wherever required to ensure best support.Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Technical solution in bulk production for different types of print.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
∎ Ensure sample development, plan and delivery.
∎ Ability to solve production related problems.
∎ Derive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline.
∎ Line Feeding & Operator training for skill development.
∎ Size set make and follow up, Pattern checking and amendment.
∎ Ability to communicate foreign customer.
∎ Capability to run production independently.
