∎ At least 16 year(s)

Cutting Section, Finishing, garments woven, SEWING
Job Context:
∎ • The job responsibility involves looking after the overall production.
∎ • Must have production (cut to ship) experience.
∎ • Must be good at English in writing & speaking.
∎ • Factory-based job in Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design working procedures for large production units and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization with full liability and accountability.
∎ Receive production schedule from the planning department and ensure the manpower availability, machine availability, and other related matters for production are all full-filled to meet the production schedule.
∎ Ensure that pre-production activities are done as per the T&A calendar.
∎ Oversee the production process on an hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.
∎ Attend immediately soon after any supply chain issues arise to avoid loss-time in production.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets.
∎ Ensure complete adherence to the organization's quality standards and practices by keeping in mind the quality and compliance requirements of international buyers.
∎ Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase cost-effective production with required quality standards.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of skilled men and machines.
∎ Direct, lead and monitor cutting, sewing, and finishing departments for a smooth operation of the production department.
∎ Coordination with planning, maintenance, store, and merchandising team to optimize production level.
∎ Conduct routine coordination meetings within inter / intra-department(s).
∎ Ensure hygiene, safety, and security of the company assets and personnel.
∎ Must be able to face technical audits of buyers.
∎ Must have leadership qualities and should maintain good teamwork among all departments.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Must have working experience in the woven factory for a long time.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable.
Mobile SIM and monthly bill will be given.
Salary review yearly.
Festival bonus is two times of basic salary in a year.
Earn-leave cash disbursement is made yearly.
Causal Leave, Medical Leave is available.
