Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute Raw Material & Manufacturing QA strategy aligned with Business objectives.
Executive annual functional operating plan, budget and performance roadmap.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, global product Quality and compliance standards and internal quality management systems.
Lead overall Quality Management system and ensure product quality & technical compliance.
Drive continuous improvement of inspection pass rates of quality gates, defect reduction and audit performance ratings.
Lead cost of quality (COQ) reduction initiatives.
Lead customer audits, technical reviews and quality performance discussions.
Lead, coach and develop multi-site QA, Fabric and Technical leadership teams
Job Other Benifits:

Basic salary-USD.10,110.00, House rent-USD.400.00,
& Conveyance - USD 50.00 or equivalent BDT per month.
