∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Large or multinational organization experience.
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom & Top, preferably with European buyers.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of Wet & Dry process quality.
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (washing, finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery).
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing and washing.
∎ In-depth knowledge about denim products and quality control mechanisms of buyers and quality management.
∎ Computer literacy (Oracle/ERP environment).
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
∎ An open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive.
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing Trial run garments with approved red seal sample and Tech pack before participating to Pre-production meeting.
∎ Collecting the Tech details/ Trim card from Merchandising department and review all details before start Bulk iron production.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze feedback for corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Coordinating with sewing team regarding sewing defects and sewing rejections and handover repairable defects to relevant production line and monitor until handover to finishing.
∎ Taking AQM or Sr, QA Executive signature for all mock up boards and making sure that it's 100% correct.
∎ Reviewing first 5pcs of first iron production with relevant Sr.QA Executive, Finishing Supervisors, Finishing Executive, Finishing Manager and maintaining records for reference.
∎ Have to check hourly defect marking sheet and take corrective action for avoiding repetition of same problems.
∎ Concentrating on checking and getting correct quality garment in case any ironer replacement due to absenteeism.
∎ Attending in Daily / Weekly / Monthly QA Meeting to discuss about improvements against daily findings.
∎ Monitoring hourly Audit pass details & taking actions against relevant checker/ Supervisor if they pass defects continuously.
∎ Get the details of hourly audit, Pre-final, Final defects and take necessary corrective action for maintain quality standard.
∎ You should participate when buyer QA team visit finishing and once they do pre-final or final inspection.
∎ Monitoring the process discipline & highlighting of any deviation to the department concerned.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
