Garments Production(Jacket, PADDING JACKET, quilted jackets, woven Garments, Woven Jacket
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for 1 floor with 14 lines (per line 55 machines) and must have experience in the manufacturing of woven padded jackets, quilted jackets, down jackets etc. from cut to pack responsibility with quality mind-set.
∎ Candidate will be responsible to lead and build strong teamwork with the assigned production team, technical team, quality team, maintenance team, IE and Planning team etc. teams to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery
∎ Candidate will ensure the risk-assessment, pre-production activities, post production activities, critical process analysis etc. as required to ensure smooth productivity and efficiency.
∎ Candidate must follow up with the cutting, sewing, finishing and packing quantity ratio through a systematic way and regular report to Top management.
∎ Candidate will follow up and closely monitor the SOP of production process and ensure proper guideline, follow-up and accountability to sub-ordinates.
∎ Maintain quality products for each style and no compromise with quality everywhere.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of the machine and skilled operatives.
∎ Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machines and materials for optimum productivity.
∎ Handling sewing activities and meeting on-time processes to meet shipment deadlines.
∎ Candidate must do needful communication with sample and CAD department and ensure the accuracy of pattern and marker and also perform Pre-production meeting prior to proceeding with Production.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring about continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, and an extra hour of work.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, and identify training needs.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
