∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Monitor order status & hold regular meetings with merchandising & marketing team for planning and shipment of orders.
∎ Building relationships with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production plans.
∎ Remain updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for smooth operation.
∎ Maintain Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength to ensure timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluate production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age at most 50 years
