∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textiles Engineering, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Textiles graduates will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to run lean production lines & have good knowledge about lean management.
∎ Execute the overall production plans and achieve targets as set by the Company.
∎ Ensure / formulate SOP to run smooth production.
∎ Setup sewing lines, check consumption, costing and control inventory. Strictly follow up hourly production and do routine research for achieving incremental growth until production is fully optimized.
∎ Responsible for daily smooth production output (from raw materials to finished goods) in compliance with buyer’s required quality standard, final inspection pass and meet on time shipment target.
∎ Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and run discussion with other team members to boost up production.
∎ Prepare & execute production plan for lines (i.e. manpower, machine and styles).
∎ Perform proper staff management and control.
∎ Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Coordinate with all departments for smooth Garments manufacturing and closely monitor sewing, finishing & cutting departments to get the best possible output, and effective follow-up to reduce non-productive time.
∎ Must have knowledge on technical issues, supply chain & social compliance audit.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material to gain higher productivity.
∎ Ensure that all equipments, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Must follow strictly labor laws, industrial safety, and social compliance and human rights standards in the department. Any other assignment given by the top management.
∎ Proper Knowledge of 5S and 6 sigma.
∎ Ensure WIP flow properly in all sewing lines.
∎ Submission of periodical production performance reports to management.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience must be 15 year(s) and above.
