∎ Skills Required: Fabrics Store, Garment General Store, Store Inventory and Control, supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have verse knowledge on Warehouse/Store Management System, Inventory Management System & Supply Chain Management System.
∎ Should maintain strong liaison with the Head Office Purchase, Sourcing & Import Department and ensure on time Materials In-house.
∎ Ensure the easy & sufficient supply of the materials/chemicals to the respective department.
∎ Responsible for day to day store/warehouse activity products / materials receipt, issue, stock maintenance with maintenance proper documents.
∎ Strongly handle chemical supply system, i.e.; receive, issue, supply, stock inventory, availability and regularly update the management and respective department.
∎ Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Inventory with necessary reports, and also maintain Moving, Slow Moving, Non-moving, Date Expiry Report of chemicals and other materials (when/where applicable) and send to the management and respective department.
∎ Perform the Physical Inventory and ensure shortage and/or excess, and report to the concern department.
∎ Ensure the Quality of Products/Materials upon jointly inspection with the Supplier’s Representative and Concern Department.
∎ Ensure the Identification and Traceability as per ISO/QMS System and being followed during storage and issuing time.
∎ Analysis of Chemical/Material Consumption and forecast the Future Consumption Plan and send to Purchase, Sourcing & Import Department.
∎ Maintain liaison with Admin Dept., Transport Agents & Shipping Agents to ensure the receipt and unload the materials/chemicals appropriately.
∎ Root Cause Analysis of Chemical Waste and make plan for reduce waste.
∎ Ensure the Materials Safety, Safety Handling of Materials with MSDA.
∎ Ensuring that stores are well maintained and kept clean.
∎ Make & ensure health awareness to the vulnerable workers regarding chemical handling procedures
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
∎ Maintain required MIS.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have adequate experience in Textile/Garments Storage Management System.
∎ Must be capable of working independently.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
∎ Adequate skills in ERP/ Computer Application and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Without the required experience need not to apply.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
Salary: Negotiable
