Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of exclusive and high-value trade market and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
∎ Develop monthly & annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company's yearly business plan.
∎ Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyzing, and adjusting positioning to retain and enhance market leadership.
∎ To ensure customer acquisition according to the departmental target.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
∎ To generate sales, find new ways of generating ideas, and also develop ideas to attract clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product development and acquiring new products.
∎ To attend prospect calls, answer their inquiries, and ensure proper support.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper records of all sales activities.
∎ Attend Event / Fair, Business Promotion Event Management.
∎ To look after Advertisement sales & direct sales, product promotion activities.
∎ Meeting & attend corporate customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client , corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing with customer relation develop , site visit with client.
∎ To participate in any other activities as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those with work experience in Admixture company.
∎ Must have at least 10 years working experience as an AGM in any reputed Construction, Chemical (Admixture) C o. or Cement Company.
∎ Must have goal achieving spirit.
∎ Must have computer skills in various official programs.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance
