Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ MBA is preferable
∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,National University,North South University,East West University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Follow up all type of Customs related works likes (1) Obtaining Bond license/Registration (2) In-Bond, Ex-Bond,(3) Consumption follow-up (4) UP issue monitoring as per DEDO Sahag (5) VAT rebate, (6) Yearly Audit/Inspection & renew (7) Machinery Installation certificate (if require) & other customs related works.

∎ b) Bank:- Import & Export related works like (1) All kind of L/C open. (2) Import delivery formalities. (3) Export documents forward as per L/C terms. (4) Local & foreign documents purchase/Negotiation, Maturity & payment follow up (5) Packing credit. (6) Cash incentive claim, audit & fund disbursement follow-up.

∎ c) All correspondence with BKMEA/BGMEA/BTMA/BLMEA/Board of Textile/CCIE etc.
∎
∎ d) BGMEA/BKMEA:-UD, Export order, Cash Incentive certificate & others recommendation.
∎
∎ e) BEPZA:- IP/EP issue follow-up & any others required recommendation & permission.
∎
∎ f) EPB:- REX/GSP, CO & any others issue monitoring.
∎
∎ g) Others:- Permission & renewal monitoring (All kinds of certificate & license).
∎
∎ h) Freight forwarder, Courier, Transport and C&F rate negotiation.
∎
∎ I)Amalgamation of sister concern as one unit and necessary follow up with Bond /Customs and Legal
∎
∎
∎ J) Communicate with buyer forwarder and negotiate with buyer upon delay on unloading of goods at port.
∎
∎ K) Maintain and oversee a robust MIS /IT system controlling the entire logistics work.
∎
∎ L/Keep account of licenses renewal

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
