Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have Experience works experiences with EPZ – BEPZA & Customs.
∎ Handling shipping document and commercial related works independently.
∎ To open back to back and other LC/ Amendment for import goods.
∎ To co – ordinate with merchant for import, Export and related works to perform in due course.
∎ To follow - up and do implementation of daily import & export.
∎ Follow –up import consignment with C & F agent and transport up to in – house to factory.
∎ Follow – up cargo with C&F agent and transport up to documents handover to forwarder.
∎ Follow – up with freight forwarder, shipping line and depot personnel for import, export operation.
∎ Maintaining register for EXP for goods shipment.
∎ Maintaining register for EXP for goods shipment.
∎ Arrange to collect BL and issue GSP, Co for band submission.
∎ Arrange to submit bank, buyer and portal docs in due course.
∎ To arrange all kinds of file processing for submission cash incentive claim in related band and follow –up till disbursement.
∎ To arrange daily IP &b EP for Import & Export consignment.
∎ To arrange sub –con Goods permission from BEPZA & Customs.
∎ Arrange daily sub – con Goods in – out.
∎ To maintain IP & EP Register.
∎ To co – Ordinate with accounts department for export documents submission and negotiation with bank.
∎ To maintain a statement for LC, LC acceptance and payment release purpose.
∎ To maintain export LC wise reconciliation for closing summary.
∎ To maintain details statement for export mentioning buyer, unit, export no, invoice no, quantity, value, PO/Style no, Export LC no etc.
∎ Follow – up every buyer’s payment and to mail corresponding.
∎ Daily meeting with team for daily work distribution.
∎ Reporting to the top management of the company to take decision with top management.
