Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive Agent Program revenues and ensure targets are met.
∎ Lead the recruitment process for new agents, ensuring a rigorous selection of qualified candidates.
∎ Develop and execute onboarding programs to equip agents with the necessary skills and knowledge.
∎ Design and deliver training programs for agents, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
∎ Regularly evaluate agent performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
∎ Design and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing agents.
∎ Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
∎ Provide ongoing support to agents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
