Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 25 years

Must be a retired Police Officer with a minimum of 25 years of job experience in the Bangladesh Police, holding the rank of SP, AIG (at HQ), Special Superintendent (SS), Additional DIG, or DIG.

Risk Management & Legal Advisory: Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.

Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Policy & Document Review: Support management in preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the legal accuracy of agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.

Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Liaise with local government offices, law enforcement, and political leaders to ensure smooth business operations.

External Legal Management: Coordinate and maintain efficient liaison with external lawyers and law firms and represent the company in external meetings/negotiations.

Litigation & Case Management: Handle, resolve, and manage all fraud, dispute, and litigation cases efficiently through proper legal channels, including overseeing police case drafting and filing.

Credit Recovery Leadership: Lead and coordinate all credit recovery activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Land Documentation Oversight: Oversee land purchase, verification, and documentation to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.
