CSS is a humanitarian and socio-economic development organization that has been operating in Bangladesh since 1972. Within the Health Sector, CSS manages the Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital (RAWMH), a 100-bed general hospital located in Tilok, Rupsha, Khulna. We are looking for an experienced “Administrator” who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all administrative tasks at Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the duties of nurses, including their duty rosters prepared by the Matron.

• Monitor the activities of security guards and ensure they have a proper understanding of their responsibilities.

• Ensure cleanliness inside the hospital as well as within the hospital campus, including the proper incineration of waste at regular intervals, safe disposal of ashes, and conducting periodic rounds of all hospital facilities. In case of any discrepancies or irregularities, take necessary actions in consultation with the supervisor.

• Ensure the maintenance of staff files by the responsible staff, including leave approvals, updating of the leave register, preparing and submitting leave reports to the head office, tracking staff records related to probation and performance, and timely dispatching of information to the head office.

• Maintain appropriate and adequate inventory of all medical and non-medical goods in the central store to ensure smooth service delivery at all hospital stations, by ensuring proper storekeeping through maintenance of stock registers, ledgers, and BIN cards by the Store In-Charge.

• Ensure that the six-monthly physical inventory report is prepared and maintained in the central store.

• Ensure proper maintenance of the hospital building and staff quarters.

• Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen and laundry, the hygienic preparation of food, and the overall cleanliness of these areas, and resolve issues as needed.

• Supervise internal management by providing motivation and guidance to staff.

• Guide drivers in the maintenance of vehicles and ensure that all necessary documents are properly maintained.

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/higher authorities.

After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
