Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years' experience providing a whole range of administration and logistics services to an organisation, ideally with at least 3 years in an International NGO.
∎ Proven financial management skills and human resources skills.
∎ Proven knowledge of computerised systems and demonstrable experience of working with computerised logistics packages and spreadsheets.
∎ Experience in NGO Bureau work and project approval process.
∎ Good understanding of working with donor requirements (ECHO, EU, DFID, etc.)
∎ Ability to influence senior managers and peers over a wide range of issues.
∎ Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Ability to develop close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong communication skills including the ability to deliver complex and technical messages in simple terms.
∎ Experience of working in highly complex political environments.
∎ Must demonstrate commitment and sensitivity to gender issues.
∎ Proven experience in security management - including developing and implementing security policy/protocol.
∎ Capacity building, coaching and mentoring experience.
∎ Fluent written and spoken English.
∎ Commitment to humanitarian principles and action.

Salary:
∎ Salary : BDT. 1,722,303 gross per annum (13 months) with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
