The role:

• The Senior Programme Finance Officer will deliver high-quality financial management support for assigned thematic portfolios, ensuring efficient budget preparation, financial monitoring, reporting, and compliance with donor and statutory requirements. This role will work closely with programme and partner teams to maintain accurate financial records, strengthen partner capacity, and ensure adherence to Oxfam’s financial policies and procedures.

• This is a fixed-term contractual position, valid until 30 June 2026, with minimal possibility of extension.

• Salary & Benefits: as per Oxfam National D1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 1,462,326.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
