Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Abel to look after all security and safety issue at factory;
∎ Look after transportation system like shipment, Inter pool & buyer;
∎ Maintain floor housekeeping for personnel hygiene and sanitation;
∎ Abel to maintain buyer & QC entertainment;
∎ Day to day maintain staff dining;
∎ Day to day monitoring local purchase;
∎ Abel to good communication to govt. officials.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
