Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed university in Public Administration/Management/HRM/or other similar degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care of day-to-day admin support and payments of bills and vouchers with required supporting documents.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per company code of conduct and its certification.
∎ Actively maintain car requisition among sales force and other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
∎ To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESCO).
∎ Assist and coordinate in maintaining all licenses renewal issues & several agreements.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per company code of conduct and its certification.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities of all the company properties.
∎ Make awareness of optimum utilization of company assets and property.
∎ Occasionally needs to travel outside Dhaka for site visit.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health, and safety for all employees and guests also.
∎ Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: Administration, General Administration, Policy Development, Security Management, liaison Management etc.
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Must have leadership and communication skills with a positive attitude to achieve professional challenges.
∎ Managerial Competencies: Must have the managerial competencies to lead a team responsible for Administration and General Affairs.
